This notice explains how Band C Ready handles enquiry details and property address data supplied for EPC risk scans.

What we collect

We collect business contact details, portfolio size, and property address fields supplied for a scan, such as property reference, address, and postcode.

What not to send

Please do not send tenant names, tenant contact details, rent arrears, or other household information. The scan only needs property-level address data.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, run the requested sample scan, produce reports, suppress opted-out contacts, and improve the matching workflow.

Retention

Sample files are kept only as long as needed to run the scan and follow up on the enquiry, unless a customer asks us to keep them for an agreed full-portfolio audit or monitoring service.
